PRP for Face and Hair

Face PRP treatment (platelet-rich plasma) to rejuvenate the skin

For the face

PRP injections (platelet-rich plasma), also known as the « vampire lift », use the natural regenerative properties of blood platelets to rejuvenate the skin of the face, neck and décolleté.

This face PRP treatment requires several sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart for significant improvements in skin quality, radiance and texture.

  • Improve skin texture and radiance
  • Stimulate natural collagen production
  • Restore firmness and tone to the face
  • Soften acne scars and dilated pores
  • Visible results after several sessions
Hair PRP treatment to stimulate hair regrowth

For the hair

Hair PRP treatment naturally stimulates hair regrowth and the regeneration of hair follicle cells for denser, stronger hair.

By injecting platelet-rich plasma into the scalp, PRP promotes the growth of new roots, strengthens existing hair and prevents shedding. Results are visible after 6 to 9 months and the treatment is also recommended for maintenance after a hair transplant.

  • Promote the growth of new roots
  • Extend the lifespan of existing hair
  • Delay and prevent hair loss
  • Increase hair vitality and shine
  • Ideal for maintenance after a hair transplant

Frequently asked questions about PRP for face and hair

Le PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses your own blood platelets to stimulate natural regeneration. Because it is a 100% autologous treatment (from your own blood), there is virtually no risk of allergic reaction. Face PRP rejuvenates the skin naturally, while hair PRP slows shedding and promotes regrowth — two non-surgical solutions recognized in aesthetic medicine.

The session begins with a standard blood draw, then the blood is centrifuged to isolate the platelet-rich plasma. The PRP is then injected into the targeted areas of the face or scalp using very fine needles or microneedling. A numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure optimal comfort. The full session lasts about 45 to 60 minutes and you can resume your activities the same day.

For face PRP, plan on 3 to 4 sessions spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, followed by an annual maintenance session. For hair PRP, the standard protocol is 3 to 6 monthly sessions, with results visible after 6 to 9 months. Results include brighter, firmer and smoother skin for the face, as well as densification and reduced shedding for the hair. To learn more, consult information from Health Canada and the American Academy of Dermatology.

PRP is very well tolerated. The numbing cream applied before the injections makes the procedure nearly painless. You will feel at most small tingling sensations during the injections. For the scalp, some people describe a light pressure sensation. Slight redness or sensitivity may persist for a few hours after the session.

PRP side effects are rare and always temporary: redness, slight swelling, bruising or sensitivity at the injection site, which fade within 24 to 72 hours. Since the product injected comes from your own blood, the risk of allergy or rejection is virtually nil. Our team will provide detailed recommendations to optimize your recovery. Don't hesitate to contact us for any question.

To optimise the quality of your platelet-rich plasma, hydrate generously during the 24 hours preceding the session and avoid alcohol as well as anti-inflammatories during the previous 48 hours. Have a light meal before the appointment to prevent any discomfort during the blood draw. For PRP hair, wash your hair the day before or the same morning, without applying any styling product. For PRP face, arrive without makeup to ensure a clean canvas for the injections.

PRP is contraindicated in case of clotting disorders, anticoagulant therapy, active autoimmune diseases, active cancers, skin infection on the area to be treated or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A medical assessment is systematically performed during the consultation to verify that the treatment is suitable for your situation. If a temporary contraindication is identified, we can postpone the session or guide you toward a non-blood alternative.

PRP face is particularly well suited to people who want a natural approach to soften early signs of aging, restore radiance to a dull complexion, improve overall skin quality or complement other aesthetic treatments. PRP hair is aimed at men and women experiencing seasonal hair loss, hair thinning or the early signs of androgenetic alopecia. A personalised consultation allows us to confirm the relevance of the treatment and to design a tailor-made protocol.
